All absences must be approved in advance by the academy director, except in the case of the passing of a first-degree relative such as a parent or sibling. Otherwise, no absences are allowed, but you may take the instructor’s permission to leave early to attend funeral/ burial in the case of passing of any relative or acquaintance.
