Makman Joins A New Catalyst Project About AI-Enabled Operations
We are excited to share that we are participating in a new Catalyst Project that will transform how service operations are managed!
This project provides a clear and practical approach to improving service operations. It combines ideas from global standards organizations, including TM Forum’s Autonomous Operations Maturity Model (AOMM) and ETSI’s Zero-touch Service Management (ZSM).
Here is what we will focus on during this project:
- Using Generative AI to enhance service operations.
- Creating AI assistants for Home Broadband (HBB) and Mobile Broadband (MBB) operations, such as FME and Copilot.
- Using Digital Twin Networks (DTN) to analyze unmet service demand, known as Expected Demand Not Served (EDNS).
- Developing AI tools to assess and prioritize the impact of service issues, helping Network Operation Centers (NOCs) operate more efficiently.
- Sharing service performance results with call centers to improve customer care and with network teams to optimize future network planning.
This project demonstrates our commitment to adopting the latest technologies to enhance operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Makman participated in a previous phase of this project, Harnessing the Power of Generative AI for Operations Transformation, which received the Business Impact Award and the Application of AI and Automation Award, recognizing its significant impact and innovative use of AI technology.
