Makman Joins ANL4 Catalyst Project
Makman Technology Consulting is proud to announce its participation in the Catalyst project “Make ANL4 Real,” a pioneering initiative focused on advancing Level 4 Autonomous Networks (ANL4).
In collaboration with leading industry players—stc, Huawei, China Mobile, Indosat, Vodafone, and Inspur—Makman is contributing to the development of next-generation intelligent networks powered by agentic AI, digital twins, and advanced automation.
The project addresses the increasing complexity of modern networks driven by 5G, IoT, and cloud-native technologies. By moving to AN Level 4, the initiative enables networks to anticipate issues, respond proactively, and deliver seamless customer experiences with minimal human intervention. Human involvement is reserved for governance, ethics, and strategic oversight, marking a significant step toward truly self-governing networks.
The “Make ANL4 Real” Catalyst demonstrates how ANL4 can deliver measurable business outcomes, including reducing mean-time-to-repair (MTTR) by 40%, cutting data loss by 20%, and lowering annual customer complaints by 20%. Beyond operational efficiency, the project showcases new service opportunities such as latency-as-a-service, with strong potential to generate new B2B revenue streams.
“By joining this Catalyst, Makman reaffirms its commitment to driving innovation and shaping the future of autonomous networks, helping communications service providers achieve greater agility, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.”, Luqman Shatnal (CEO at Makman).
